TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. This competition is a game of chance. The competition commences 03/04/2023 and closes 11:59pm AEDST on 12/04/2023 (“Promotional Period”).  All entries will be judged by 13/04/2023, with the winners being contacted on 14/04/2023 via @uvexsafety_au_nz Instagram direct message.
    
3. Competition Rules:  a. To be eligible to enter, individuals must:
   1. 1. Follow @uvexsafety_au_nz on Instagram.
      2. Like the competition post
      3. Tag a mate in the comments section of this giveaway post
      4. Send @uvexsafety_au_nz their contact and shipping details

b. If the competition winners do not respond to their message notifying them that they are the confirmed winner by 11:59pm on 21/04/2023, they will forfeit their spot as a confirmed giveaway participant and the next eligible entrant will be selected.

4. Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who: (i) is a resident of Australia aged 18 years or older at the time of entry; and (ii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (iii) is not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee. An Eligible Entrant who is under 18 years of age, must obtain the permission of a parent or guardian to enter. In the event, the winners are under the age of 18 the parent/guardian will need to be contacted in order to confirm their consent to receive the prize.

Judging Criteria:

5. This is a game of chance, skill plays no part in determining the winner. To be eligible to enter, individuals must follow the @uvexsafety_au_nz Instagram page.

6. All entrants will be drawn at random via a random prize draw generator and will be drawn on the 13/04/2023

7. The promotion consists of one announcement of the winners, entrants may choose to unfollow the @uvexsafety_au_nz Instagram account at any time, however, you must be a follower at the time of the winners being notified in order to redeem your prize. Should you not be a follower of the @uvexsafety_au_nz Instagram account at the time of the winners being notified, you will forfeit the prizes.

8. Promotional Prize Pool is valued at $800 and includes:

Further Conditions:

9. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

10. This promotion is solely run by uvex Safety Australia. Any issues with product prizes will fall under standard warranty of the product.

11. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image/video and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

13.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize. 

14. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. If the entrant opts-in at time of entry, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 

15. The promoter does not accept responsibility and will not replace the prize if there are issues with delivery.  It is the responsibility of the winner to provide an address that will confidently receive the prize and be signed for upon delivery.
